Builders Exchange of Stockton is pleased to offer its members a choice of quality Group Health Plans plus optional group dental, vision and life insurance plans.

Group Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Plans are available only to Exchange members. You may enroll your entire firm in one plan or a combination of plans, but you must fulfill group enrollment requirements, enrolling eligible owners and employees who are actively working a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Following is a brief description of our medical health care providers.

Kaiser is a prepaid direct service health care system. Services are provided only at Kaiser Hospitals and Medical Centers by teams of physicians affiliated with Kaiser. You may choose a personal physician for yourself and each member of your family. Exchange offers two options for Kaiser health plans.

Health Net is a California based HMO with over 33,000 contracted physicians and 370 contracted hospitals located throughout the state. Two HMO plans and two PPO plans are available to Exchange member firms. The HMO plans offer the most extensive benefits, lowest premiums, and co-payments with no paperwork. The PPO plans allow members the flexibility to choose their own physicians and hospitals with considerable savings when using a Health Net PPO provider. To enroll, you must live within Health Net's service area.
