REGULAR MEMBERS

All contractors currently licensed, and in good standing with the California Contractors State License Board. All suppliers of material, equipment or services to the construction industry, including manufactures, professional, estimators, and developers who do not have a contractor's license.

**Annual Dues are $565 plus $100 processing fee OR Quarterly $141.25 plus $100 processing fee

 

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
Businesses providing specific services to the construction industry: financial institutions, attorneys, accountants, real estate agents, insurance agents and brokers, insurance companies and state certified inspectors. California State Licensed architects, engineers and surveyors.

**Annual Dues are $200.


 

NOTE: Only Regular Members are eligible for the plan room usage.

APPLICATION STATEMENT

Believing in the principles of the Builders' Exchange of Stockton, Inc., desiring to aid and assist in the maintenance of those principles, the undersigned hereby makes application for Active Membership therein and agrees to uphold said principles and to abide by its Constitution and by-laws.

Dues MUST be paid in advance. It is the policy of this association to discontinue plans room services, bulletin, insurance, etc., if dues are not paid by 90 days after the due date. Resignation MUST BE IN WRITING prior to the expiration date for which the dues have been paid.

If accepted for membership, I agree by the Rules and Regulations of the Builders' Exchange of Stockton by-laws.
