The Scholarship program is open to children of owners or children of key employees of Member Firms. A written recommendation from a firm's owner must accompany the application from children of key employees. Application for scholarship funds may be made by students entering or continuing enrollment in a university, college, community college or trade school. Applicants must also meet the following GPA minimum requirements:
- Graduation High School Applicants: Minimum GPA of 3.25 over the last 3 years of High School (soph/jr/sr).
- Currently Enrolled College Students: Minimum GPA of 2.75 with a minimum of 12 units per semester or 8 units per semester within the students major area of study. Eligibility to be determined by last completed semester at time of application.
Scholarship Applications are now available for pick up at the Builders' Exchange of Stockton’s office located at 7500 West Lane, Stockton, 95210. We realize that some applicants are not local so this year we are providing a link for those who would like to obtain an application online. To avoid any possible loss of applications we will not be able to accept them electronically or by fax. However, we have made the online application printable and ask that once the application is completed that it be mailed to the Builders’ Exchange of Stockton 7500 West Lane, Stockton, CA 95210. Applications will be accepted until Friday, April 16, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.
Interviews will be conducted on Saturday, June 19, 2010 from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
